How pricing works
- 2-week free trial OR 50 orders (₹500 worth) to help you get started.
- After that, pay ₹10 per successful order — only when you sell.
- No monthly subscriptions or setup fees.
- Payment gateway charges (e.g., UPI/cards) are handled by the gateway and are separate.
What do we mean by a “successful order”?
A successful order is any order that is created on the platform without errors and enters our processing workflow. This includes orders that later become delivered, cancelled, returned or refunded. These orders consume infrastructure and operational resources (storage, compute, notifications, logs, reconciliation, etc.), which is why the per‑order fee applies — to sustainably cover these costs for everyone.
About payment gateway processing fees
Payments on Storehive are processed by our payment partner (for example, Razorpay). Any payment processing fee (for cards, UPI, net‑banking or wallets) is charged by the gateway, not by Storehive. We do not add a markup and we do not receive any portion of these fees.
Gateways charge these fees to keep their operations sustainable — covering banking networks, PCI‑DSS compliance, risk and fraud management, dispute and chargeback handling, settlements, reconciliation, support and their own infrastructure.
Exact rates are determined by the gateway and may vary by payment method and merchant agreement. Refer to your gateway pricing for details.
Our commitment to transparency
